Snowmass Village Business Chamber Pass - 2024-2025 Ski Season

Aspen Skiing Company provides discounted ski passes to employees of local businesses annually. The program is facilitated by the local Chambers of Commerce. While the Town of Snowmass Village does not have a Chamber of Commerce, the Town does have specific requirements for Snowmass businesses to take advantage of the ASC Chamber Pass discount. Snowmass Village reminds its businesses that we are fortunate to have this opportunity and asks that it is not abused. 

To be added to the list as a qualified business, you must contact the Town Clerks office at 970-923-3777

Requirements for your business to qualify for a Snowmass Village Chamber pass.

  1. You must have a current business license with the Town that is in good standing. Log into your account at https://snowmassvillage.munirevs.com/ to ensure that all aspects of your license are up to date (payment, contact information, etc.) Please note that the Town uses the listed email addresses for all notifications.
  2. You (Owners/Employees) must physically reside in the Roaring Fork Valley (it must be your primary residence) full-time for the winter season and work in Snowmass Village for a minimum of 20 hours per week. If audited, you will need to provide proof.
  3. Your place of business is physically located within the Town of Snowmass Village limits (you will need to provide a local mailing and physical address). If you are self-employed, your business must serve the community of Snowmass Village residents. (working for an out-of-the-area business does not qualify). If audited, self-employers need to provide proof of Snowmass's client base. You must also live here full-time for the winter season and work in Snowmass Village for at least 20 hours per week.
  4. If your main office is in a municipality with a Chamber of Commerce, Aspen Skiing Company and the Roaring Fork Valley Chambers of Commerce strongly encourage you to support your local chamber and purchase your pass through that chamber. Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and Colorado River Valley all have Chambers of Commerce.
  5. Qualified owners/employees are allowed a discounted pass for their spouses.
  6. Non-working owners, friends, contract laborers, and consultants are NOT eligible.
  7. Random audits are conducted each winter. If you receive a notice, you must complete the audit in the time specified, or your pass could be subject to an upgrade fee (to a non-Chamber rate) or revoked.
  8. Abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Aspen Skiing Company and the Town of Snowmass Village.

Ski Pass Sign-up Process

  1. Make sure all your information in MuniRevs is up to date. and your license is current.
  2. Contact the Town Clerks office at 970-923-3777 to notify them you would like to be added to the Chamber list.
  3. Once your business is added to the qualified list, the ASC will contact you with the link to order your passes.

Important Dates to Remember!!!!

  • September 13th last day to purchase the early season rate
  • January 2025 Audit notices go out
  • January 31st Last day to turn in any unused vouchers for a refund
