Working in the Public Right of Way
The Road Division has established right-of-way construction guidelines to assist contractors in providing high-quality repairs to existing streets and rights-of-way (R.O.W.)
These guidelines detail the best ways to produce long-lasting, low-maintenance repairs to subsurface and surface areas in existing streets, incorporating the best engineering and construction practices available. They should be reviewed prior to submitting an application for a right-of-way permit.
