Missed pickups are usually due to one of the following:

• Failure to get the container to the street by 7:00 a.m.
• Obstructions, such as vehicles, that block access to the container
• Overfilled containers and/or prohibited items

Yes, as long as the yard waste can fit in a regular trash bag and does not take over the dumpster. Landscaping companies are not to use Town dumpsters for commercial waste. For commercial or overflow yard waste, please contact the solid waste and recycling division at 970-923-5110 to arrange for a special pickup or commercial dumpster.
