Coffey Place Planning ContinuesNeighbors Invited to Community Meeting Today, January 8thThe proposed next phase of the Rodeo Place neighborhood, named Coffey Place in honor of the late Joe Coffey, is making substantial progress. The Town has been working to complete preliminary site analysis and conceptual plans for up to 18 new deed-restricted homes in the neighborhood, and construction could begin as early as summer 2019.
The Town is now inviting neighbors and the community to come hear the latest details. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8th, Town Hall Council Chambers will be open to all interested parties to view the latest plans and drawings for the neighborhood. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., a public presentation will begin to cover all of the details.
