Town Council invites all members of the public to provide feedback on the Brush Creek Road & Owl Creek Road Roundabout Project during the regular Town Council meeting on September 2 at 4:00 p.m.
The proposed roundabout replaces the existing intersection and also includes pavement reconstruction, additional bus stops, pedestrian walkways, retaining walls, storm drainage, utility improvements, and multimodal trail improvements. This project improves the safety of the intersection for all users.
The public is invited to provide feedback on this project during the regular Town Council meeting on September 2. The meeting is being held in the Council Chambers at Town Hall (130 Kearns Road) at 4:00 p.m.
Why a roundabout?
- Improving this intersection with a roundabout improves its safety and functionality for all users - motorists, bicyclists, pedestrians, and transit services.
- This construction will allow the Town and its partner agencies to update critical underground utilities & other infrastructure.
- This intersection currently operates at a failing level-of-service. Safety is compromised during inclement weather, busy times of the year, and other operating conditions.
