Town Council invites all members of the public to provide feedback on the Draw Site Workforce Housing Project during the regular Town Council meeting on May 19 at 4:00 p.m.
The Draw Site Workforce Housing project is currently in design! In November 2024, Snowmass Village voters authorized, by a vote of 61% in favor and 39% opposed, a housing development of up to approximately $86 million and up to 79 units. The current design includes one building and 63 units in the “Draw Site”, a parcel of land immediately uphill from Town Hall. There are 275 Snowmass Village employees on the town’s list waiting for an apartment.
The public is invited to provide feedback on this project during the regular Town Council meeting on May 19. The meeting is being held in the Council Chambers at Town Hall (130 Kearns Road) at 4:00 p.m.
