Project Update: Progress Continues

Roundabout Rollout

Project Update: Friday, August 12

Building Walls and Bus Stops

As you have probably noticed, the large retaining wall in front of Town Hall is taking shape, and it will have a decorative stone face on it soon. At the same time, workers are now progressing on the up-valley bus stop at Upper Kearns and Brush Creek Road. Upper Brush Creek Road is still restricted to one lane, one way traffic, to complete all of this work safely. Thank you for your patience and for using the detour.

Medians & Pedestrian Improvements:

New medians and crosswalks are being added to the intersection at various locations. Motorists will notice a new concrete island safety feature at Wood Road and the roundabout, and at Upper Brush Creek Road and the roundabout.

The project team appreciates residents and visitors to continue to walk, drive, and cycle through the project area carefully. Please use the walkways, crosswalks, and signed detours.
