Promoting Community Safety
The Town's Fleet Maintenance Division is responsible for providing maintenance to the Town's expansive fleet, consisting of more than 120 vehicles. A staff of professional mechanics are available from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week to make sure all Town-owned vehicles on our roads are operating safely and efficiently.
In addition to maintaining vehicles, Fleet Maintenance is responsible for:
- Compliance with state and federal safety and EPA regulations
- Maintaining an inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
- Maintaining and operating a 24/7 fuel system
- Managing the Town's fleet operations facility
