Mayor & Town Council Election:

Several candidates successfully completed nominating petitions to run for local office, and the following individuals will be running for Mayor and Town Council in Snowmass Village. 

Mayor (one (1) two-year term available)

Town Council (two (2) four-year terms available)

Mail Ballots:

Mail ballots will be mailed to registered voters on October 17th. For more information go to www.pitkinvotes.com. Replacement Ballots can only be picked up at Pitkin County.  In addition to returning your completed ballot via mail, you can also drop off your completed ballot 24/7 outside Snowmass Village Town Hall.

The Town of Snowmass Village is coordinating with Pitkin County for the November 8 General Election. Voters may return their ballots by drop box, mail or vote in-person at one of three “Voter Service Polling Centers” (VSPCs) in Pitkin County on Election Day. The Snowmass Village VSPC is located in Town Council Chambers in Town Hall, 130 Kearns Road. Election Day hours are 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Don’t forget to bring an acceptable form ID!   

Ballots may be dropped off in the secure, surveilled ballot box located in front of Town Hall. Drop boxes located outside Snowmass Village Town Hall open October 17. 2022.

    • Tuesday, November 8, 2022 - 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

 Voter Service Center in Snowmass Village

Snowmass Village Town Hall will serve as the voter service center in Snowmass Village on election day ONLY. If you require any voter services prior to election day, you will need to visit the Aspen Voter Service Center, 530 E. Main St. 

Services Offered in Snowmass on Election Day:

  • Update a voter registration, including name and address changes
  • Vote in person
  • Drop off a mail ballot
  • Secure a replacement mail ballot
