$50 Marketing Tax Rebate!
A $50 rebate will be given to all qualified full-time residents in order to mitigate the impact of the Marketing and Special Events Sales Tax. Qualified residents must prove residency in Snowmass Village for the entire year of 2009. Applications must be received on or before 5:00 pm on March 15, 2010. No postmarks will be accepted. Please pick up a rebate application at Town Hall or access online www.tosv.com. Return application to the Town of Snowmass Village Attn: Finance Department, P.O. Box 5010 Snowmass Village, CO 81615. Snowmass Village Special Event Application
A Special Event Permit is required for all events in the Town of Snowmass Village. In general, any organized activity involving the use of, or having impact upon, public property, public facilities, parks, sidewalks, roads or the temporary use of private property in a manner that varies from its current land use, requires a permit.
