Facilities Maintenance
Division Responsibilities
The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for the upkeep and operation of Town-owned facilities and systems including, but not limited to Town Hall, Public Works facilities, the Snowmass Village Recreation Center, and Town snowmelt systems. They ensure that all buildings and systems are operating both efficiently and effectively by using cutting-edge processes and technologies that maximize energy savings, and occupant comfort.
