Welcome to the Town of Snowmass Village … we're glad you're here!  We know moving/relocating can be stressful, so this page will help make your transition to TOSV a little easier.  Find helpful info on things like trash collection, parking permits, P.O. boxes and more.  Just use the handy links we've set up for you below.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 970-923-3777.

Helpful Information

Water - Please call the Snowmass Water and Sanitation District at 970-923-2056 to get your water turned on and the billing system set-up.
Trash - Please call the Public Works Department at 970-923-5110 to arrange a dumpter fee and get instructions on trash collection in the Village.
Parking Permits – Please call the Transportation Department at 970-923-2543 to see if you need a resident parking permit in your neighborhood.
Aspen School District – Children in Snowmass Village attend public schools in the Aspen School District.
Utilities – Here is a list of utilities that serve Snowmass Village:

Mail Delivery – As a resident of Snowmass Village, you will receive mail via a Post Office Box that you will need to establish. There is no mail delivery in Town limits. Contact the Post Office at 970-923-2496 to arrange.
Car Registration – Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 970-920-5200.
Public Library - Snowmass Village has a satellite library in Town Hall, and is part of the larger Pitkin County Library system.
Register to Vote – You must register to vote in the county in which you reside.  You can do that in the Clerk’s Office at the Snowmass Town Hall at 970-923-3777.
Daycare Services – Daycare slots are very limited in this Valley, so it’s best to get on a waiting list right away.  Click here for all your daycare options.
