TOSV Adopts New Sprinkler Ordinance
A new sprinkler ordinance is in effect for TOSV.  Beginning January 1, 2011 all new homes must have a sprinkler system installed in all common living areas.  For more information, please contact our Building Department at 970-923-5524.

Building Permits

Building Permit Applications are only available in the Town of Snowmass Village Building Department located at Town Hall at 130 Kearns Road.  The Building Department only accepts complete Building Permit Applications from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.  Building Department employees reserve the right to deny any applications deemed incomplete.  Please see building permit requirements listed under "Documents and Publications" below.

Contractors License Application
All contractors must renew their licenses on an annual basis. Licenses are valid for 365 days from the date issued. All licensed contractors must also have an active business license with the Town of Snowmass Village; please contact Barb Peckler at 970-923-3777 for business license information.
